Cancellation Policy: Please provide 12 hours notice for cancellations to avoid a $44 GP fee or $90 allied health fee.
Test Results: An appointment is required for all test results - we do not provide results over the phone.
Prescriptions & Referrals: An appointment with your doctor is required for repeat prescriptions and referrals.
